FOR SENIOR CARE PROVIDERS

Provider & Advertising Terms

These terms govern claimed provider profiles, paid visibility plans, advertising placements, and related provider services offered by Nursing Home Placement.

Effective Date: September 30, 2026

These Provider & Advertising Terms (“Provider Terms”) apply when a senior care community, operator, owner, marketing agency, authorized representative, or other business user claims or manages a listing, purchases paid visibility, or otherwise participates in a provider program offered by Nursing Home Placement (“NHP,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

1. Free Claimed Listings

NHP currently allows eligible providers to claim and manage a basic community listing at no charge. A free claimed listing may include community name, location, contact information, website, care types, services, amenities, description, and photos. Claim approval may require verification that the person requesting access is authorized to represent the community.

A free claimed listing does not include guaranteed promotional placement, featured ranking, lead volume, or advertising exposure.

2. Current Paid Visibility Plans

NHP currently offers the following public provider visibility plans:

  • Featured Community: $99 per month or $990 per year
  • Market Spotlight: $249 per month or $2,490 per year
  • Premier Partner: $499 per month or $4,990 per year
  • Signature Partner: $799 per month or $7,990 per year

The current plan page and checkout page control the exact price, billing interval, and features offered at the time of purchase. NHP may introduce, rename, modify, or discontinue plans prospectively.

3. What Paid Visibility Means

Depending on the selected plan, paid visibility may include enhanced listing presentation, featured placement, priority visibility in directory results, placement on city, care-category, state, or homepage areas, provider designations, promotional support, and reporting features as described on the applicable plan page.

Paid placement affects promotional visibility only. It does not represent an independent rating of care quality, licensing status, clinical performance, safety, or suitability for any particular family.

4. No Guarantee of Leads, Admissions, or Results

NHP does not guarantee website traffic, impressions, clicks, inquiries, referrals, tours, admissions, occupancy, revenue, search-engine ranking, or any other business result. Performance can vary by market, care type, season, competition, provider information, consumer demand, and other factors outside NHP’s control.

5. Placement Availability

Certain featured, city, category, state, or homepage placements may be limited by market, inventory, page structure, technical constraints, or availability. NHP may adjust the precise display location, rotation, or presentation of a paid placement when reasonably necessary to operate or improve the website, provided the purchased service remains substantially consistent with the applicable plan description.

6. Billing, Renewals, and Cancellation

Paid plans are purchased through the checkout method presented by NHP, including Stripe where applicable. If a checkout is configured as a recurring subscription, the selected monthly or annual fee will continue to be charged according to the billing interval shown at checkout until the subscription is canceled.

Providers are responsible for canceling recurring services before the next renewal date if they do not want another billing period. Unless otherwise stated at checkout or agreed in writing, fees already paid are non-refundable except where required by law.

7. Provider Authority and Account Responsibility

By claiming or managing a listing, you represent that you are authorized to act for the community or organization involved. You are responsible for account security, authorized users, and the accuracy of information submitted through your account.

8. Accuracy of Listing and Advertising Content

Providers are responsible for keeping their submitted information accurate, lawful, and current. This includes care types, services, pricing claims, availability statements, credentials, licensing references, amenities, photographs, contact information, promotional claims, and other provider-supplied content.

You may not submit false, misleading, deceptive, discriminatory, infringing, unlawful, or materially outdated information. NHP may edit, reject, remove, or request correction of content that appears inaccurate, duplicative, misleading, inappropriate, or inconsistent with the directory’s purpose.

9. Rights to Submitted Content

You retain ownership of content you own. By submitting text, logos, photographs, videos, or other materials to NHP, you grant NHP a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, reproduce, resize, format, display, and distribute that material as reasonably necessary to operate, market, and promote your listing or provider relationship.

You represent that you have the rights and permissions needed for any content you submit, including rights relating to trademarks, photographs, and identifiable individuals.

10. Sponsored and Featured Labels

NHP may identify paid placements with labels such as Featured, Spotlight, Premier, Signature, Sponsored, Partner, or similar language. These labels describe a commercial visibility arrangement and should not be interpreted as an independent quality rating or endorsement.

11. Compliance With Laws and Facility Requirements

Providers remain responsible for complying with applicable licensing, advertising, consumer-protection, privacy, healthcare, accessibility, and other legal or regulatory requirements that apply to their operations and promotional claims. NHP does not verify or guarantee a provider’s continuing compliance.

12. Suspension or Removal

NHP may suspend or remove a listing, account, advertising placement, or provider access when reasonably necessary to address suspected fraud, unauthorized account use, nonpayment, misleading content, abuse of the website, legal concerns, duplicate listings, technical problems, or material violation of these Provider Terms.

13. Changes to Plans or These Terms

NHP may update plan features, pricing, or these Provider Terms from time to time. Material changes affecting an active recurring paid service will apply prospectively and may be communicated through the website, account, checkout flow, or provider contact information as appropriate.

14. Relationship to General Terms

These Provider Terms supplement NHP’s general Terms of Use & Disclaimer and Privacy Policy. If a separate written agreement with NHP directly conflicts with these Provider Terms, the signed written agreement controls for the subject matter it covers.
