Why upgrade if my basic listing is free?
A free claimed listing lets you manage your profile. Paid plans add promotional placement: Featured strengthens directory visibility; Spotlight adds premium city placement; Premier adds featured state placement; and Signature also includes homepage exposure.
Which plan offers the most visibility?
Signature Partner is our most comprehensive option. It includes everything in Premier Partner, plus homepage featured placement, the highest advertising priority across NHP, expanded brand and logo exposure, priority access to new promotional opportunities, enhanced reporting as available, and priority partner support.
How does annual billing work?
Annual prices are $990 for Featured Community, $2,490 for Market Spotlight, $4,990 for Premier Partner, and $7,990 for Signature Partner. Each equals 10 monthly payments for a year of service. The annual amount is billed in full—not in monthly installments.
Do you guarantee leads or admissions?
No. You are purchasing advertising visibility, not a guaranteed number of inquiries, tours, admissions, or occupied units. Results vary by market, demand, community information, and other factors. Paid placement is not an independent quality rating or an endorsement.
Can I promote more than one location?
Contact us before purchasing for a portfolio. Tell us the community names, locations, and visibility you are considering so the scope can be discussed. Ask about multi-location visibility.
How do cancellation and renewals work?
Recurring subscriptions renew at the billing interval shown at checkout until canceled. Cancel before the next renewal if you do not want another period. Fees already paid are generally non-refundable unless the checkout terms, a written agreement, or applicable law says otherwise. Review the Provider & Advertising Terms before purchasing.
What should I confirm before buying?
Ask about availability for your city, state, category, or homepage placement; how the placement will appear; and what reporting is currently available for your plan. Display and rotation can vary. Email the provider team with your community and market.
